This policy describes the billing practices, refund eligibility, chargeback rules, and fraud prevention measures for Nano Banana 2 (nano-banana2.me). It applies to all credit pack purchases made on our platform.

1. Payment and Billing

All credit pack purchases are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize a one-time charge to your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details.

  • All purchases are one-time, non-recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the charge.
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including approved refunds.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to currency conversion or local taxes. You are responsible for applicable local taxes.
2. Credit Packs

Credits are delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment. Current plans:

  • Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Credit consumption varies by generation complexity — higher resolution, editing, and advanced features consume more credits per generation.
  • Account sharing, automated scripting, or unauthorized API use may result in account suspension without refund.
3. Refund Policy

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with Nano Banana 2 for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction within the 30-day guarantee period (any reason)
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Confirmed unauthorized charges (after identity verification)
  • Verified technical failures that prevented access to the Service

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window
  • Stripe processing fees
  • Credits that have expired
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations or fraud
  • Partial refunds for partially used credit packs (outside the guarantee window)

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before initiating a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay processing and result in account restrictions.

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Given our 30-day money-back guarantee, we ask that users contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer.

  • If a dispute is filed after a refund has already been issued, you may be liable for any resulting dispute fees from the payment processor.
  • Users who repeatedly misuse the chargeback system may have their accounts permanently suspended.
  • Filing false or abusive refund requests may result in legal action and liability for related fees.

We reserve the right to deny future service to accounts involved in dispute abuse.

5. Fraud Prevention

We maintain active fraud detection and prevention measures to protect all users of the platform, including:

  • Identity and payment verification checks on suspicious transactions
  • Machine-learning based fraud detection
  • Continuous monitoring of generation patterns and account activity
  • TLS encryption for all data transmission

Accounts involved in fraudulent behavior — including stolen payment methods, unauthorized API access, or systematic credit abuse — will be immediately suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our Service, credit system, or legal requirements. Updates are effective immediately upon publication. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

This policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
